Pharmaceutical Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machine
Produce pharmaceutical bottles from resin to finished containers in one automatic cycle. JASU one-step ISBM technology integrates preform injection, stretch blowing and product ejection for medicine bottles, oral-liquid bottles, eyedropper bottles and healthcare packaging.

One-Step ISBM for Pharmaceutical Containers
A pharmaceutical injection stretch blow molding machine converts plastic granules into finished bottles on one integrated platform. The three-station rotary process forms the preform, uses its retained heat for stretch blowing, and releases the finished container without a separate preform transfer or reheating stage. This helps simplify production flow and reduce handling between stages. JASU systems support pharmaceutical packaging such as medicine bottles, oral-liquid bottles, eyedropper bottles, pill bottles and healthcare containers. Machine, mould and auxiliary-equipment selection should be matched to your resin, bottle drawing, neck finish, target output and downstream inspection or filling plan.
Pharmaceutical ISBM Machine Series
Why Choose One-Step ISBM for Pharma Bottles?
Injection, stretch blowing and product release run in a fully automatic rotary cycle. Preform heat is retained for blowing, eliminating a separate reheating step and reducing intermediate handling.

Superior Bottle Quality and Dimensional Accuracy
One-step ISBM produces pharmaceutical bottles directly from raw material through an integrated molding process, reducing intermediate handling and environmental influence.
Key benefits:
High dimensional accuracy for bottle necks, threads, and sealing areas
Uniform wall thickness and stable bottle structure
Excellent transparency and appearance consistency
Reduced defects caused by preform transportation and storage
This makes it ideal for pharmaceutical packaging applications requiring strict quality control.
Better Hygiene and Contamination Control
For pharma bottles, maintaining cleanliness throughout production is critical.
One-step ISBM advantages include:
Shorter production process with fewer external contact points
Reduced risk of contamination during preform transfer
Suitable for clean production environments
Supports pharmaceutical packaging manufacturers in meeting strict hygiene requirements
The integrated molding process helps improve production safety and product reliability.

Reference Configuration and Selection Data
Confirm every parameter against your bottle drawing and resin before ordering. JASU configures the machine, mould and auxiliaries around the finished container and production target.

Container Range & Materials
Bottle volume: 5 ml–5 L on the referenced ISB 1100AN-3 pharma-bottle configuration. Shapes can include round, flat, square, triangular and irregular designs. Supported materials listed by JASU include PET, PETG, PC, PP, PS and Tritan, subject to mould and process confirmation.

Output & Cycle Reference
For a referenced 12-cavity bottle project, JASU lists an approximately 13-second cycle and output up to 3,300 bottles per hour. Actual output depends on bottle weight, geometry, resin, cavity count, cooling and quality requirements.

Automation & Footprint
The referenced fully automatic configuration occupies about 10 m². Servo-driven rotary movement, hot-runner temperature control, automatic product take-out and optional downstream connection support compact line planning.
Pharmaceutical Bottle Applications

Customized Machine, Mould and Turnkey Support
Bottle & Mould Engineering
JASU engineers can develop bottle drawings from samples or concepts, then design and manufacture the matching injection and stretch-blow moulds after drawing approval.
Machine and Auxiliary Selection
Machine size, cavity count, mould, dryer, feeder, chiller, compressor and downstream interfaces are selected from the target bottle details and required output.
Sample Validation
Before shipment, JASU states that machines and moulds are tested with suitable raw material and finished samples are provided for customer approval.
Installation and Operator Support
Service support includes installation, operation and maintenance instruction. Confirm site conditions, utilities, commissioning scope and travel responsibilities in the quotation.

Build Your Pharmaceutical Bottle Production Plan
Send the bottle volume, resin, bottle drawing or sample, neck finish, bottle weight, cavity/output target and downstream process. JASU can then match the ISBM machine, mould and auxiliary equipment to your project.
